Completed first book, THANKS TO TEDDY, in 2012. Revised and ready to market in 2019. THANKS TO TEDDY is the inner journey of a girl growing up in a home dominated by disease, robbing her of the normal life she covets. The story takes place in the fifties during the last week of Teddy’s life, a week busy with moving, school, a new part-time job, and an important dance. During that demanding week, there was no hint of a crises. Escalating conflict between home and school comes to a point when Cissy has to choose between pleasing her peers and being true to her convictions.
